Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop the overall corporate financial goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee preparation of financial records related to general ledger, payroll, budget, expense, etc.
  3. Maintain accurate bank records of cash withdrawals and deposits.
  4. Follow standard accounting process for financial analysis and reporting activities.
  5. Evaluate existing accounting system and recommend improvements if required.
  6. Assist in developing and managing budgeting system.
  7. Perform account reconciliations and generate financial reports.
  8. Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related problems.
  9. Manage all client accounts for payment settlements.
  10. Initiate orientation and training programs for employees.
  11. Track and monitor resource needs and other material needs for carrying out financial and administration tasks.
  12. Prepare any legal financial report as require by government
  13. Working closely with Head of each department for cash flow management
  14. Work with external auditor for Auditing
  15. Oversee the practice and implementation of Admin & HR procedure
  16. Oversee the practice and implementation of Procurement procedure
  17. Oversee the practice and implementation of Stock procedure
  18. Oversee the practice and implementation of IT procedure.

Qualification

  1. Education: At least hold Bachelor/Master degree in business management or related field.
  2. At least 10 years of work experiences in financial Manager.
  3. At least 5 years of work experience on Audit, Tax, Procurement and Human Resource.
